By accessing CountVerse (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review our guidelines carefully before creating workspaces or inviting collaborators.

1. Use of Sandbox Demo

Our free tally clicker sandboxes are provided on an “as-is” basis for operational testing. Counts are stored locally and are subject to reset if browser cache is cleared. We hold no liability for lost sandbox tallies.

2. Account Responsibility

Registered workspace owners are fully responsible for the activities of invited collaborators, the security of their generated API keys, and the content of their synchronized logs.

3. Subscription Billing

Starter and Premium Scale subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time to halt future charges, retaining access until the end of your prepaid period.

4. Acceptable System Use

You agree not to disrupt count synchronization pipelines, distribute unauthorized API wrappers, or exceed features limits in an abusive manner. We reserve the right to close offending workspaces.
